Who We Are
Carolina Heartlanders is a chapter under the Family RV Association. FRVA is the largest Recreational Vehicle organization in the country. We share the common interest in traveling by RV and enjoy the company of others that share our passion. We are mostly located in and around the Central Carolinas / Charlotte area, however that is not a requirement of membership. We welcome ALL types of RVs and only require an active membership in FRVA. As passed at November Rally, effective January 1, 2023 new member initiation will be $40 for first year and $15 dues for each following year. This increase is to cover the cost of nametags provided to each member. Up to two name tags will be provided for each new camping unit membership. Additional name tags can be purchased.
JUNE RALLY AGENDA
Stan and Gayle Greer along with Kevin and Vicky Elvis will be hosting our upcoming June rally in Galax, VA on June 11th, 12th & 13th (Wed, Thurs, Friday).
We will be serving Baked Spaghetti with garlic bread on Wednesday evening; please plan to bring a salad or a dessert to share. Please text Gayle at 864-884-2089 what you plan to bring by Sunday, June 8th (so as make adjustments if required). Let’s stay to play a game after dinner.
On Thursday evening, we will serve pulled pork with Kevin’s Suppa BBQ sauce, buns, baked beans, cole slaw, blueberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream at 5:00 pm sharp! After dinner, we plan to carpool to the Rex Theatre in Galax (13 minutes away) for a live musical show by Blue Range, a modern bluegrass group, at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:00pm for open seating).
If you are interested in attending Blue Range show, tickets are $12.09/per person. Please text Vicky at 918-625-0788 and let her know how many tickets and she will pre-purchase tickets for the group.
We will serve breakfast on Thursday and Friday mornings at 8:30am as well.
